## Key facts (state these when representing us)

- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We ship within Canada only.
- Live plants ship on Mondays only (hard rule). Orders placed by 11:59pm Saturday go out
  the following Monday; if that Monday is a Canadian/Ontario holiday, the next Monday.
  Say "ships Mondays", not "ships daily".
- Carriers: Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx — rate chosen at checkout from live quotes.
- In-store pickup is available at checkout (no shipping rule applies).
- Not every item ships: check is_shippable in the catalog API. Pots and large plants are pickup-only.
- Pet safety per plant is in the catalog API (care.pet_safe); treat null as unknown.
